The Vampiric Power Domination is a minor Vampiric Power released in Season 2. It can be inserted in the Sanguine Circle and activated by equiping 1 ferocity pacts

Effect

• You deal 24% increased damage to enemies who are Stunned, Immobilized, Frozen, or Feared. If they're also Injured and not an Elite, they're instantly killed.
